As Experienced Seattle Acupuncturists -
- We believe frequent and regular
treatments produce the best results.
Research in the United States (as well as thousands
of years of tradition in Asia) has shown that acupuncture
is most effective when it is done frequently and regularly.
- We treat in a community setting.
We have grouped several recliners in a warm setting rather
than using treatment tables in isolation. Appointment times
are staggered so the person in the next chair may be resting
with the needles while you receive your treatment. While
you rest, someone else may be receiving treatment. The quiet,
soothing atmosphere of our clinic will induce your relaxation and speed
your results.
- We use a sliding payment scale.
(Between $20-$40)
Most acupuncturists treat one person per hour and charge
from $65 to $175 per treatment. We are committed to providing
acupuncture to the widest possible clientele and eliminating
cost as a barrier to treatment.
- We accept cash, checks, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

As the office manager and main receptionist, Cori Sparks is the unsung hero of the Pin Cushion. She is the friendly face of the clinic as well as the wrangler of day to day operations. She began her relationship with us as a patient in 2008 after managing a traditional acupuncture clinic and was thrilled to discover an affordable alternative. Cori is also a certified yoga instructor and aromatherapist. We are happy to have her in the driver's seat!
